-The SI unit of electric charge is coulanb. It is the quantity of electricity passed when a current of 1     ampere flow from 1 sec              (1c:1 amp.*1 sec.)

Electric Current-It is the rate of flaw of e.charge and its SI unit is ampere.

In a conductor, the potential difference between the two points causes the transfer of charge from   one point two an other. The SI unit of potential different is volt.               SI unit of  power is watt.  Thus, [power (watt) :current*time*P.s]
According,to Ohm's Law the current I flawing through a conductor of R is related to P.D.V by the expression.               I=V/R

The resistance R offered by a conductor to the passage of electricity is directly proportional to its length (l) and inversely proportional to the its cross-sectional area (A).

It may be defined as the resistance of a 1 m long conductor and area of cross-section of l-m2.

Conductivity: The reciprocal of resistivity is called conductivity or specific conductance.
It is denoted by kappa (K).
